The Innovate system for school meal ordering is a quick and easy way for you to order meals and offers the flexibility of ordering weekly or termly.
Please find attached a guidance document which takes you through the process of creating your account, adding allergy and Free School Meal information, and ordering meals.
If any of your child’s allergies change, you must update both the Innovate system and school for our records: firstname.lastname@example.org.

If your child has a food allergy please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details. This information will be passed to the Catering Manager who may contact you to discuss your child’s dietary requirements.
Orders for the following week must be placed and paid for by midnight of the previous Saturday. For example, to order for the week commencing 07/09/2020 orders must be placed and paid for by midnight on Saturday 05/09/20.
You can order one week at a time or for the whole term, just keep scrolling down the Hot Counter page.
SCOPAY/Tucasi will no longer be used for primary meal ordering, it will however continue to be used for all other payments into school so you will still need your login details.
