Assistant Headteacher (Teaching & Learning, CPD)

I grew up in Milton Keynes and returned to work here after completing my Geography degree at the University of Nottingham. After a couple of years in business, I moved to Exeter to complete a PGCE. Since returning home, I have been teaching in local schools and loving it! 

A passion of mine is teaching children to read and developing their love of reading. I am always on the look out for a good book to read. I also enjoy developing teachers and have been actively involved in training teachers over the past couple of years.

Outside of school, my interests include running, playing tennis and walking. Whenever I get the chance, I love to be outdoors. I love to find new and exciting places to visit and have been fortunate to explore beautiful parts of the world.

I feel very lucky to be part of Kents Hill Park’s journey and am excited to see it grow.
