Mrs Joy Enenche

Learning Support Assistant

My decision to become a learning support adviser is beyond a mere career choice but birthed out of passion for excellence in supporting people, to also build resilience and overcome obstacles to learning. I believe that every child should be supported to learn, and attain academic greatness.

In the past twenty years, I have worked with different charities, adults and youngsters, from different nationals, motivating and supporting them to learn, build resilience and overcome barriers to succeed in life.
I started my teaching career as a learning support assistant/pastoral support assistant at Northampton International Academy. I then later moved to St. Mary’s and St. Giles school in Stony Stratford, as a learning support assistant working one on one. I also worked as a student support assistant at the University of Bedfordshire.
I am delighted to be joining the Kents Hill Park team as a learning support adviser. I believe that the knowledge and skills I acquired from my degrees in Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy BSc and Health Psychology MSc, University of Bedfordshire, and my experience, will enable me to support pupils of Kents Hill Park secondary, with empathy, and without passing judgement.

I love cooking for family and friends in my spare time, listening to music all day, and shopping.
