I took a break from my career to focus on my two children I qualified as an architect primarily designing in the housing sector.  Prior to the pandemic I lead a fun art and craft club for pre-schoolers which focussed on creative exploration.  Through my own design background and working with children I discovered my passion for helping children to express themselves creatively and I enjoy demonstrating new or unusual mark making techniques.

Outside of school I completed a triathalon to celebrate a milestone birthday which pushed me out of my comfort zone but I enjoyed the personal challenge. I love spending time with  my family going on nature walks, bike rides, playing family games, watching movies together (especially Disney) and baking with my two boys.
