Timeline for Admission Appeals for Year 3 – September 2024

Following national offer day of Tuesday, 16 ^th April 2024, if you named Kents Hill Park Primary School as one of your preferences and were unsuccessful, you have a right to appeal against the decision to an independent appeal panel. 

The appeals timetable* for Kents Hill Park Primary School for students starting in Year 3 in September 2024 is shown below. Both the Stage 1 and Stage 2 individual hearings will be held virtually, with meeting invites issued by the Clerk to the Independent Appeal Panel nearer the time.

Wednesday, 15 ^th May 2024 at 3pm     Deadline to request an appeal form

Friday, 17 ^th May 2024 at 3pm               Deadline to lodge an appeal**

Week Commencing 24 ^th June 2024     Appeal hearings will be held during this week.

                                                                      Appellants will be advised as to precise day and time by the clerk.

Should you wish to appeal against the decision not to offer your child a place at Kents Hill Park Primary School, please email  admissions@ket.education providing the name of the child, their date of birth, the name of the school and an email address where the appeal paperwork can be sent. Requests for appeal forms must be made by 3pm on Wednesday, 15 ^th May 2024.
