Applications for an in year admission should be made on the Kents Hill Park School application form and can submitted now.

To complete the editable PDF on a phone/tablet/computer, you will need to complete the form and then using ‘save as’ save it on to the device you are using. The completed form should be emailed with the other supporting documentation to: admissions@kentshillpark.school

Please note that initially in response to the application you will receive a turn down letter as the current year groups are full. By requesting to go on the waiting list this builds the waiting list for when the school returns after the summer holidays. Should there be any vacancies offers are made from the top of the waiting list.

Being on the waiting list does not guarantee a place at the school.

Applying for places in September 2024

If you wish to apply for a place for September 2024 onwards, then the application window opens from the 1 ^st June, when there will fresh application forms on the school’s website. 

Please note that initially you will receive a turn down letter as the current year groups are full. Once you have received the turn down you can place your child(ren) on the waiting lists for September 2024. This builds the waiting list. 

The waiting lists are ranked via the oversubscription criteria. Length of time on the waiting list is not a factor in offering a place. 

Once the school returns from the summer holidays if there are any confirmed vacancies then spaces are then offered to top of the waiting list.
