Cashless System
Kents Hill Park uses a computerised biometric system. Pupils can check their balance using a scanner on H Floor. If are insufficient funds in their account, Pupil Services can ring parents for them to top up the account.
Registration and payments
The Tucasi SCOPAY Quick Reference Guide and the Parent/Carer Guidance on Tucasi SCOPAY inform on registering for an account and on how to pay into/top up a pupil’s account.
It is essential that pupil accounts have enough credit to allow them to purchase food at break and lunch times, within a daily limit of £7. Parents are able to set a lower spending limit.

Free School Meals Allowance
Free School Meal allowance is £2.75 per day, to be used for a lunch in the Quad during lunchtime.
Kents Hill Park’s catering providers, Innovate, have arranged for unused Free School Meal allowance to be rolled over daily until the end of each half term. For example, if £2.00 is spent on Monday, the remaining 75p will be added to the balance for the next school day, and if the pupil is poorly for a week, when they are back into school they will have 5 x £2.75.
Any balances remaining at the end of each half term will then be removed and the process restarts with a zero balance at the beginning of the next half term.
For any issues, please email the school office who will resolve them with the provider.
